  • Where is my order?

1) If you received an email with tracking code please click the logistics link to track.

2) If you don't receive any emails or tracking code, you can send email to info@undefinedesign.com and we will help you to track it.

  • Custom tax or duty

Normally customers will not be charged of any additional fees via regular express. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspection, sometimes customers may have to pay tariff.

  • Tips for shipping:

1) Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column / wrong address cannot be compensated.

Non-delivery or extra shipping fees due to customer reasons will not be taken by undefineddesign.

2) The packages cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO addresses, and some remote Country or Zones, please check the shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

3) After it arrives in your country, please allow 1-7 more days for the package to reach you.
